National Testing Agency (NTA)

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is a government agency in India, responsible for conducting various entrance exams for admission to higher educational institutions and for recruitment purposes. It was established in November 2017 with the goal of conducting entrance exams for higher education in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner. The NTA conducts exams such as JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination Main), NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test), among others.
